2/5/20 ^^^The day I turn on my Personal Power

My dear Sarah.  I think I stop procrastinating today.  I have the issue with the self-gratification monkey and that has to stop.

So I WILL exercise today.  I WILL be in control of my destiny.

That require for me to establish a new normal.

Everybody is a procrastinator.  Some are worse that the other.

Here is my pledge for the MCO:

  • I will quit Nicorette
  • I will eat OMAD
  • I will exercise am/pm
On top of that, I will fight my self-gratification monkey.

I know I said this many times.  I will keep insisting until I get it right.

I NEED TO WIN THE DAY.

I will lose 30 kg this year and I will run 10 km Hill Run by 4th September 2020.

All I need to do is be 15 minutes early.

Gotta go now...

I did it.  I exercise today and I had one serving of rice for dinner.

I feel so relaxed.  This is a real achievement.

Tomorrow I will do as I pledge while still taking Nicorette.

Last year Ramadan I was 85 kg.

I need to have my first win this Ramadan.  I need to meet my 3 MCO Goals.

247 Continuous is working fine again.  I will continue reading tonight and sleep at 11:00 pm
