3/5/20 ***Diet and exercise are my ongoing battles

I have to persist.

This is already 2020 and I am on the heavy side.

I have to take serious effort to be thin and fast.

Weigh 65 kg and run 10 km/hour.  That's all that matters.

Back to OMAD and AHAD.

I feel very frustrated.  I want to connect to you but I am running out of things to write.

In the past, because I get my dopamine hit on daily basis, I am more inspired. Now that is only on Mondays and Thursdays.
