>>>#18/5/20 When I sleep early naturally I wake up early

It feels great.  I woke up at 5:20 am.  Mentally I am ready to exercise.  I think I'll do it at 6:45 am.

This is the ideal lifestyle for me.  Sleep early, wake up early, then exercise.

Ability to withstand hunger is the key.  I will quit Nicorette and I will eat OMAD today.

I must achieve a small win this Ramadan.

I will win this war one battle at a time.

Today is a perfect day to start fresh.

Actually I am already on a winning streak.  I already got rid of Els.  That is one major win.  I am in control of my addiction.  Now is to get rid of another major addiction - Nicorette.

My strength is once I focus on something I will stick to it [until I get it] until I get it.

Now my battle is shifting to Nicorette.

I can do this.  I am winning one battle at a time.

As it is, today I feel marvelous.  I am ready to conquer the world.  I am mentally ready.

NO WOMAN NO CRY

It seems that I need 1 hour to psyche my mind to get ready to exercise.  One other thing is I am better off choosing the songs to start the morning.

Youtube is still the best option to psyche myself up.

OK Sarah.  I am off to exercise.  Later baby...

------------------

It was an excellent workout.  I was listening to the Iron Maiden playlist without experiencing the mania.  They are just like any other songs I listen to.

I think the grilled lamb I had last night boosted my mood much.

I can't wait to eat apple with butter today.  I think I have it at 2:00 pm.

-------------------

There is nothing new Sarah.  The only difference is I wi[th] (win) the day today.  I will continue with the winning streak:
  • Eat apple and butter
  • Exercise in the afternoon
  • Eat one serving of rice
  • Sleep at 11:00 pm
That is my routine.

By doing that I will lose 30 kg by the time I am ready to run 10 km.

By the next Ramadan, I will be a new person:
  • No more 3 Cs for sure
  • I will be a 10km runner
  • I weigh 65 kg
Financially I will be better off.  I am in control of my monthly expenditures:
  • Tennis RM20
  • Wash Car RM12
  • Cut Hair RM12
  • Parking RM20
  • Balance RM36
That's how I control my expenses.  My key is not eating outside during lunch.

You don't worry about me Sarah, I am not deprived at all.  I am trying to save as much as possible.

Another way I can save is by not spending my lunch allowance and pretend I eat lunch.  If I do that I save RM10 a day.

Another way is to wash my own car.  That is a more logical step.  However I wash the cars on alternate months at the car wash.  I don't feel like doing it.

Look Sarah, I choose to be this way.  I have a goal to achieve in 5 years time.

Should I choose not to save, I have plenty of spare cash.  I don't want to do that.  I want to save.
