23/5/20 ^^^Back to the daily grind

As long as I don't sleep on time I will continue missing my morning exercise.  The best way is not to sleep later in the day and to exercise in the afternoon.

It is easier to believe in the Law of Attraction and to proceed with the expectation that things will work towards my favor.  However I am asking for disappointment along the way.

It is not a hard thing to do.  Expect positive things you will get positive things

Be mindful of the gestation period.

In a way I'm already applying the Law of Attraction.  When I say you are what you think about all day long, that is the Law of Attraction in action.

Alright, this is a more sensible step:

  • Chapter 1: Making the Decision     
  • Chapter 2: Strengthening the Belief     
  • Chapter 3: Maintaining a Positive Mindset     
  • Chapter 4: Attracting Opportunities     
  • Chapter 5: Acting on Your Vision
At least it is stated here you must act on your vision.

On a different note, I had been eating a lot of high calories food.  With the coming of the festival season I also eat a lot cakes and cookies.

That has to stop.

I decided to read Power tonight.

What are my main issues? 

  • The ability to stay hungry
  • The ability to refrain from eating high calories food
  • The ability to sleep early
  • The ability to exercise
