I don't know how exciting is this coaching practice gonna be but it is better than pursuing a nonreciprocal relationship.
At the end of the day, this is what I enjoy doing. Except that I am not getting paid for it. I don't mind it at all. But I don't want it to be a drag.
Basically once they go through the Green and Red Lighting and ask the pivotal question, 80% of my work is done.
Then it is just the follow through. The next step is people, process and technology.
I am not going with that approach.
I am using the SCQuARE approach in solving problem.
