In summary the Secret is talking about us having a glad feeling and living in gratitude.  It is also about having a positive expectation in life.

I can say that at present I am happy with my life.

I need to envisioned I am 57 kg running 10 km/hour.

Don't be concerned with the how.

Focus on feeling glad.

Focus on positive self-expectation.

I am glad I sorted my financials and all my addictions out.

Focus on being a success.

I am a wealthy, healthy and happy person.

I live in the now.

My life is the life of abundance.

I am in the state of loving right now.

Now nothing matters except being a 57 kg runner running 10 km every other day.

There is power in happiness and living in gratitude

This is about changing what I believe in.

From today I believe that my life is a blessing.  I am blessed.  No more negative thoughts.  I will live in full positivism.

I am a runner and my job is to be thin and run.

I had fought the 3 Cs and I won,  Now I am moving north.  North means I eat right and I exercise.

What do I want most in my life?  I want health and happiness.  I am already healthy and happy.

When I let go of all the negative energies, I am move motivated.

When I am happy I am healthy.  The most important feeling is to be in love.

Get rid of limiting beliefs.  Live a life with no limits.

Focus on the now.  Not in the past or the future.

It's OK, I remain microscopic but I concentrate on being motivated.

I am happy now.  I am free from any negative thought.  Soon Ramadan will be over.

I am on my way of losing 36 kg.

I feel light.  I feel energetic.

I now live in abundance.  I can make do with very little money.  I am complete as a person.

All I care is to weigh 57 kg and rum 10 km/hour.  If I focus on that I will be healthy and happy.

By next Ramadan (April 2021) I will be looking back and say, "I had done it, I achieved my goals".

I am a runner.  As a runner I run.

I enjoy sleeping.  I enjoy being in bed.  I enjoy waking up very early in the morning.

I love who I am.  I survived the worst in life.  Now I am living my life to the fullest.

I guess the Secret is working towards my favor.  Kinokuniya cancelled my book order to Els.  I will get the refund on that.  The Universe is surely doing its job.

This is amazing.  Els didn't want me to give her gifts.  First it was the watch.  Now it's the Greatest Show on Earth.  I was thinking of just sending her The Forty Rules of Love.  That's what exactly happening.

Here I am thinking I should not give Mopey any money this Big Day because I need to save for the dental care.  Now I have extra RM100.

I am now a firm believer of the Secret.

Now is to ask from the catalogue money from Munek, Wan Mus and Glen.  My wish *i[t] (is) your command.

* So you believe in the Secret too huh Sarah?  While we are at it let's order from the catalogue RM97 million by 24 December 2024.
