>>>#16/5/20 Let the game begins

Now I even get Glen in the loop for the MOF deal.  Online training is the new norm in the training industry.  This was based on the HRDF circular recently.

Those who are dependent on the traditional way will have a tough time.  The ceiling for trainers to charge is RM350 per person for a class of 15.  That means per class is RM5,250 per day.  Still lucrative.

So RM50 per person for entrepreneur training is one hell of a deal.  I personally think it should be RM250 per person per day.

I will still bang on the referral fee.  Lizzie won't allow me to be involved even if I want to.  Plus, this already pass my time.  It doesn't excite me anymore.  I mean, the money is good, I'm sure.  However I don't thinks I want to slog for money anymore.

If I can get the referral fee, that is good.  Otherwise I just stay put.  I don't want to meddle too much in the project.

Lizzie said, our money is now in abundance.  If we live a modest life, we should have enough to last a lifetime.  No need to get greedy

Somehow I was never comfortable with big deals.  It takes too many resources and it has too many dependencies.  Along the way you got to feed the sharks.

[9:42 AM, 5/16/2020] sharudinj: As it is, online learning is the new normal
[9:42 AM, 5/16/2020] Glen Richards: yes bro
[9:52 AM, 5/16/2020] sharudinj: The white paper to train 600,000 unemployed workers due to COVID-19 was passed to Tengku Zafrul last week.  His younger brother prepared the paper
[9:54 AM, 5/16/2020] sharudinj: If per head is RM50 one module is RM30 million
[9:54 AM, 5/16/2020] Glen Richards: you know how to get involved with this please .. we can work together on this project
[9:56 AM, 5/16/2020] sharudinj: I am only the referral.  I cannot be involved directly in this deal because I was approached by the competitor
[9:57 AM, 5/16/2020] sharudinj: I hope you can give me referral fee if you can break through
[9:58 AM, 5/16/2020] sharudinj: You need to be close to Tengku Zafrul
[9:59 AM, 5/16/2020] sharudinj: Get to read the white paper
[9:59 AM, 5/16/2020] Glen Richards: definitely bro  .. lets work together
[10:01 AM, 5/16/2020] sharudinj: The module I was supposed to take is the entrepreneurship.  Go for that one
[10:02 AM, 5/16/2020] Glen Richards: can intro kah bro
[10:02 AM, 5/16/2020] sharudinj: what do. You mean?
[10:03 AM, 5/16/2020] Glen Richards: if you can recommend and i can get to be a part of this ... referral fees done
[10:03 AM, 5/16/2020] sharudinj: I can't, I was approached by the competitor
[10:04 AM, 5/16/2020] Glen Richards: or maybe let me know how to get in .. or try to
[10:05 AM, 5/16/2020] sharudinj: That one you need to be close to MOF
[10:05 AM, 5/16/2020] sharudinj: I don't have access
[10:05 AM, 5/16/2020] Glen Richards: ok
[10:07 AM, 5/16/2020] sharudinj: So this one you will still give me referral fee right? Upon success
[10:07 AM, 5/16/2020] Glen Richards: yes bro ... no issues
[10:07 AM, 5/16/2020] sharudinj: Thanks
[10:08 AM, 5/16/2020] sharudinj: Prominent players are already in talking terms with Tengku Zafrul
[10:09 AM, 5/16/2020] sharudinj: You cannot do this alone
[10:10 AM, 5/16/2020] sharudinj: Need strategic ally
[10:11 AM, 5/16/2020] sharudinj: This deal is too big
[10:12 AM, 5/16/2020] Glen Richards: if needed will get it done
[10:12 AM, 5/16/2020] sharudinj: Good luck

Like RR was saying, this deal is wired.  So it is a matter of being part of the bandwagon.  That involves some espionage work.  I am not comfortable to do it because I am not on the ground. I need Wan Mus and Glen to canvass the client.  Looking at the situation, I say Wan Mus has the political will while Glen has the track record.

What I am doing now is I am playing the HP Sales game.  Doesn't matter who win the game, I will get my cut.  It will be good if I have many more players.  The deal might be sliced to various parties.

The winning edge here is the pricing and the content.
