I am really hungry.
In addition I ate a Magnum Mini and 2 packets of instant noodles.
---------------------
I watched Secret the movie. It is very uplifting. Now to start reading the book. One of the books, Magic can only be opened in the PC. I guess the universe had spoken. Nope, I managed to download another version from Pirate Bay.
So now I have the complete set. Out of the RM5 for 5 books, I only use one book form Shoppe. The rest are not well formatted.
This was a trial and error. So now I know that Pirate Bay is still the best.
Basically I need to focus on things that I want the most. So true enough I just focus on diet and exercise. If I do that I will attain health and happiness.
That is also true for my financial gain. I want to live within my means and in gratitude. If I do that I will achieve my financial goal of RM70 k 10 years from now.
I feel so good. I am on the right path. I just focus on what works.
The key is affirmation. No matter how many times I have to repeat myself, I keep doing it. I already found the formula for success. To be healthy I have to take care of diet and exercise. To be happy I got to live below my means and in gratitude.
As I had planned, I can make do with RM3,600 a year. That is the power of thought. It's not whether it is enough. It is up to us to make it enough.
I decided to live the life of Voluntary Simplicity, well this is it.
From now on I focus on what works. No more negative thoughts:
- I want to be Nicorette Free
- I want to detach from Social Media
- I want to weight 65 kg
- I want to run 10 km at a go
- I want to save RM800 for Dental Care
- I want to save RM500 for ASNB
I want to save RM200 for MopeyI want to get RM2000 from Munek
I will not be involved in things that don't concern my well being. I got it right by shrinking my perimeters. The operative word is GO MICROSCOPIC.
What is the prevalent thought I want to have?
I am a loving husband and father. I am progressively realizing my worthy ideal. I am a success in motion. By the end of this year I will weight 65 kg and run 10km at a go.
Always persist!
