So I guess tonight I just read through the eBook until morning.

I like the book very much.  It gives me good vibes.

The Law of Attraction is also known as the Law of Love.

I got it right when I decided to operate from Unconditional Love.

Now I am thinking as a 57 kg person.  I must feel the feeling.  What I did before make myself feel good by eating.  All I need to do now is to eat RIGHT to feel good.

As I was reading the book, I made a quick mental note of my present life.  Turns out I got what I wished for.  Those I still don't get are things going through the gestation period.

Of all the things I learned about the Law of Attraction is it must be with the feeling of glad.  Then I must do things out of love.  I need to live in gratitude.

I like to add that i[s] (it) must be followed by massive action.

I know this stuff.  There are things I wished for like money that I have to be patient.

As for the 57 kg and 10 km run, I must persist.

As I said, I am on the right track.  I focus on what I want.

I MUST DO IT IMMEDIATELY
I MUST DO IT FLAMBOYANTLY
NO EXCUSE

This is the power of action.

As for the the Law of Attraction, it teaches me to be happy now and to live with love in my heart.  In addition I must live in gratitude.

YOUR WISH IS MY COMMAND

I am happy and grateful that I am weighing 57 kg and running 10 km on weekly.

HAVE A POSITIVE EXPECTATION AND THINK IN THE NOW.

I need to visualize me weighing 57 kg.

93 kg to 57 kg


So the key here is to think in the present.  As if you already achieve your goal.

That means I should hold to the image I am running shirtless in the middle of summer with a red bandana around my head.  That is the message the Universe is giving me.

Now, this "leave the how to the Universe" is something I don't quite agree.

I say I go ahead with my diet plan:


OK by next Ramadan I should weight 57 kg and running 10 km/hour

  16. For the clothes in my closet
  17. For the shoes and bags in my collection

  19. For the ability to use my legs
  20. For the blog
  21. For not having to be in sales
  22. For not having to earn a living anymore
  23. For not being part of the Rat Race
  24. For not believing in religion anymore
  25. For able to live a solitary life
It does feel good when you say gratitude.

I HAVE SIX MONTHS TO GET MY ACT TOGETHER.  My next appointment with Dr Amarpreet is on 24/11/20.
