- A coach should be able to give feedback

What do I need to do as an athlete?
- I must sleep on time
- I must wake up early every morning
- I must have discipline
- I need to have commitment
- No matter what (except rain) I must exercise am/pm
- I must think positive
- I must remain active - do house chores)
- I must follow what my coach asks me to do
- I must watch what I eat
- I must review this training plan on daily basis
- I must plan on weekly basis
