9/5/20 ###Planning for the 10 km Training

I think I make a point to motivate myself on daily basis.  That is a more worthy cause than to help others.

The priority is for me to help myself.

So rather that spending my time doing pro bono work, I might as well be my own coach.

Assuming me [] (as) an athlete is a separate entity that me as a coach.

What does a coach do to train an athlete?

  • There should be some from of mental conditioning
    • Reading assignment - 2 books a month
    • Listen to Iron Maiden and Taylor Swift
    • Listen to 247 Continuous
    • New eBooks
  • There should be a meal plan
    • It has to be OMAD
    • The ability to stay hungry
    • Eat apple and butter for lunch
  • There should a training plan
    • Fitness 22
    • The Mini Emperor Routine
  • A coach should be able to motivate
    • Personal Blog
    • Unconditional Love from Sarah
  • A coach should be able to give feedback
    • Review the Online Management Coaching Questionnaire on daily basis
    • Special focus on the Pivotal Question
  • A coach should be able to measure progress
    • Evernote Monthly Calendar
    • Weight/BP/Pulse
    • Training Log
  • A coach need to provide incentive
    • Able to wear old shorts
    • Gelato Ice Cream once a month
    • Hot tea in the morning and evening
What do I need to do as an athlete?
  1. I must sleep on time
  2. I must wake up early every morning
  3. I must have discipline
  4. I need to have commitment
  5. No matter what (except rain) I must exercise am/pm
  6. I must think positive
  7. I must remain active - do house chores)
  8. I must follow what my coach asks me to do
  9. I must watch what I eat
  10. I must review this training plan on daily basis
  11. I must plan on weekly basis
