Why am I not doing them?
- I lack the willpower
- I'm not in the mood
- I'm not motivated enough
What should I do to overcome the setbacks?
- Sleep at 11:00 pm
- Wake up at 6:00 am
- Exercise for 30 minutes a day
See, I know what need to be done. My problem is to get things done. I am a world class procrastinator.
I have this grandiose thoughts about things in the future but the truth is I cannot act on the present.
I have to get real. I got to be thinking about the present.
