Suddenly I had the urge to drink orange juice. And so I had the most refreshing ice cold orange juice just now.
This MCO is really a test of patience. My fever is because I had not been sleeping well the past few days. So my immune system was low.

When I look at my life, I am so glad I am no longer addicted to the 3 Cs. So I am a normal person now. Next is to be great.
I'll quit Nicorette today. No point I quit cigarette but I am still addicted to nicotine. A normal person is not addicted to anything.
