There is no good news it seems.
At worst I gained a few kg. Comparatively there are people who are losing jobs and business closing down.
This is nature giving its slap. The MCO is perfect if not for the spending of time in the outdoor restriction.

OK then, here is my choice... Continue eating or be thin. Both makes me feel good but one get me to gain weight the other makes me lose weight.
When I lose weight, I feel great
That's as much juice I get for now...
