7/4/20 ^^^From here on everyday is a battle

I'm still not off the hook.  Although I am off the 3 Cs, I still haven't win over the SSIDSLIP.  I have 3 milestones:

  • No Nicorette
  • Eat OMAD
  • Do Elliptical
These are mammoth task for me because I need to build the power of momentum.

This is my fight.  I must be able to run again. I cannot become complacent.  No matter how long it takes, I have to keep on trying.

It doesn't matter how many times I fail, I have to keep on trying.  It took me 7 years to quit smoking.

This is a temporary setback especially with the MCO.

Tomorrow I try again without losing enthusiasm.
