12/4/20 ###Preparing for Monday

Basically I have to repeat myself until I take the right action towards success.

  • I need to sleep by 11:00 pm.  This is the only way I can wake up at 6:00 am.  Everything is a cause set in motion.  One thing leads to another.  Only by waking up at 6:00 am I can exercise at 7:15 am
  • I need to eat one serving of rice for lunch
  • I need to eat apple at night
  • Do this for 2 weeks and the body adapts
This is a simple protocol.  I need to get out of the comfort zone.  I need pressure in my life.  It's pressure that create diamond.  My decision making muscle is weak.  I need to start flexing my muscle in order for me to grow.

Keep repeating the mantra until it is ingrained in my mind.

I got to fight inertia.  What happened to me?  I used to be a highly motivated individual.  I need the rush.  I need adrenaline.

I cannot lull into mediocrity.  I MUST ACT!

Today I will turn a new leaf.

I am a hero of my own life.

I must make it a success.  All I need is to be thin again and able to run!

Tomorrow I listen to Absolute Classic Rock.

I will definitely wake up at 6:00 am.

The fight is not over yet.  No Covid-19 gonna stop me achieve my goal for this year.  I'll see you 6:00 am tomorrow.  Goodnight Sarah.  I love you so much.
