For one, the MCO allows me to sleep late and not exercise in the morning. Before this at least I make an attempt to sleep early. Now with the MCO, it is becoming a standard to sleep late.
Another thing is everyday there is a home cooked meal
I also get 1 GB of internet free everyday (worth RM30).
Are these making me closer to my goal? Very unlikely. So in the long run MCO is bad for health.
The MCO is being extended to April 28.
