So today I will apply the principle.

Back to the basics:

  • No Nicorette
  • Eat OMAD
  • Exercise AHAD
  • Sleep at 11:00 pm

I have to quit Nicorette.  It increases insulin.

Just apple for dinner tonight.

Remember these are habits.  I got to have a good set of habits all over again.

One think I got to be mindful is I cannot have too many conditions to start with.  I need to bite the bullet and move on.

If I look back at my life, I had always been a fighter.  I got to keep on fighting.

My fight is the fight for health and happiness.

It is important for me to exercise daily.  The four items I mentioned are the essentials.

Personally I am not excited to start working.  The Disprz tool is not that friendly.  I need to see samples for me to start working on.  This Hesh guy is not that helpful.

I need to know how I animate my PowerPoint.  Do I need to upload one slide at a time and animate it or do I upload the entire slides?
