Well, it's not so much a strategy but rather the approach I am taking. I want to appeal to his human side.
On one hand I do like to make some money but on the other hand I want to help these two fellas. At the end of the day I am only making 10% of the deal. Just by spending time on the PC. I don't incur any cost.
As I said, my time is cash.
Just now Lizzie reminded me not to get greedy. So I just listen to my wife. Aim small, miss small.
Personally I enjoy the wheeling and dealing. Especially now that I don't have to travel and can still pursue an opportunity.
As usual, he doesn't keep to his time. I do love being me. I have ample time on my side

Well as we are swept by the COVID-19 tornado, I am happily sitting in the middle of the tornado's eye. While *[there] everything around me is in turbulence, I am in a very calm and steady situation.
* Good to know Sarah. I know things are pretty messy in the US.
We now know that this situation will last at least for one year. However if this is the Greater Depression, it should be worse than the Great Depression. The Great Depression lasted for ten years.
We are just at the beginning of the crisis. I looked around among my friends. They are worried about the uncertain future. As usual the multimillionaire friend and the quick to adapt friend are COVID-19 ready.
Others are having a hard time trying to make it until then end of the quarter even. I know their horror stories because I did the Online Management Coaching with them.
Even those on salary are not safe. The most comfortable group are those who work in the government. In another instant my daughter, Princess, is in a sweet spot because she has just been promoted to the upper echelon and she is debt free.
The real losers are those who are heavily in debt and have to stretch their earnings.
Taking the lesson from the Great Depression, when things like this happen, the very rich and the very poor are badly affected. The last group that are spared are the middle class.
Of course those who are involved in the SME are very fragile. Currently the unemployment caused by the MCO has risen to 2 million people.
My job honey is to reskill the 2 million people. If I take RM50 per head to do an online coaching en masse, I have a project worth RM100 million. My fee as a deal maker is RM10 million. The rest I have to subcon to hordes of training companies out there.
As the saying goes, crisis in Chinese is both danger and opportunity. This is the Chinese characters for the meaning of crisis:
Go easy on your spending honey. Just spend on essentials like food. No money is instant death, no food is slow death. This is a very long economic recession. So brace yourself.
