I am good at problem solving and strategic planning but I am not comfortable leading and managing teams. I am a very analytical person and I prefer to work in a skunk workgroup. I am an emphatic person but I prefer to work independently. However I am good in assembling the right team and act as the play maker (coach) instead of actually on the field playing.
What I like best about the whole thing is I can structure my work without me leaving the CCC.
