I live a very harmonious life.  My central focus is writing the blog, being with the family, listening to Els and now dealing with Pal.

I hope I can regulate my sleep again so that I can exercise in the morning.

Pal turned out to be a very sincere person.  He wanted to fetch me from my house for me to go to his office and send me back.

I can't question his sincerity when comes to that:
