I need to have a winning strategy before I see Dr Amarpreet in May. I got 6 weeks to be thin.
I need to fight this complacency, definitely.
There is nobody out there that can help me if I am ill. My health is my personal responsibility.
I switched to Jazz tonight. This is the genre that I least listen to. Don't quite able to size it. It is uplifting and yet relaxing.
I think I can get used to it. Jazz is flowy. Best part is it is instrumental. OK from now on I listen to jazz. At least I made a slight improvement in my life.

Now back to what matters. It is very simple. I want to be thin. The only was a person can be thin is by reducing food intake. I need to eat less. Then only I eat LCHF.
I did it in 2018. I was 85 kg. As long as I eat high carbs I will be fat. I have 10 days to Ramadan. I start with that. Then in Ramadan I eat OMAD with apple.
It is about calorie restriction. Both my parents did it.
So for the next 10 days:
Listen to jazz- Stop Nicorette
- Eat Turmeric
- Eat Vitamin C + Zinc
- Do keto and apple
- Sleep at 11:00 pm
- Wake up at 6:00 am
- Exercise for 30 min daily
I only have to do 8 things. Well I'll drop Jazz. I listen to Lite instead.
I think this Covid-19 is getting to my head. I need to keep on winning .
Nobody else is responsible for my life except me.
I decided to leave TraXX. There is nothing for me there. In the end it is just a big mistake.
